Skia is Google's 2D graphics library. Packaged from the tip of the upstream chrome/m148 release branch because Ladybird's build checks for that exact milestone (PV must always equal the milestone number, which is exported through skia.pc). Built with GN against system libraries, as a shared library, with the SkPath edit methods that the vcpkg port re-enables and skcms symbols exported.
