Vegeta drives HTTP load at a constant request rate, rather than with a
fixed pool of workers. The difference matters: a worker-pool tool slows
down when the target slows down, hiding exactly the degradation you are
measuring, while a constant-rate attacker keeps the pressure and
records the latency it causes. It reports latency percentiles and can
plot results, and works as both a CLI and a Go library.
