Description:

Installs only the versioned ICU runtime libraries (libicudata, libicui18n and libicuuc) for a single older ABI, so that prebuilt packages which were linked against it keep working on a system carrying a newer dev-libs/icu. Unlike dev-libs/icu, this package keeps upstream's symbol renaming enabled, so its symbols are suffixed with the ICU major version and cannot clash with the system ICU. No headers, pkg-config files or tools are installed, so nothing can build against it by accident.
