Phpactor is a PHP language server and command-line tool providing completion, navigation, refactoring (class move/rename, extract method/constant, import class, generate accessors) and static introspection. It works with any LSP-capable editor. Installed from the upstream release phar, which bundles all of its Composer dependencies. The phar refuses to start when the PHP extension "psr" is loaded (it conflicts with symfony/service-contracts).
