Install this package:
emerge -a media-gfx/gphotofs
If the package is masked, you can unmask it using the autounmask tool or standard emerge options:
autounmask media-gfx/gphotofs
Or alternatively:
emerge --autounmask-write -a media-gfx/gphotofs
