dev-debug/dtrace: Install the testsuite for manual use. It is not suitable for automatic execution within the ebuild because it requires root privileges. BTF must be available for the running kernel at build-time with this flag.
dev-lang/pypy: Install the test suite packages, that are required to run tests in a few reverse dependencies.
