Reason: net-dns/noip-updater does not use https for transferring user sensitive data, see e.g. https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=261194 So install only if you are aware about the security risk.

Install this package:
emerge -a net-dns/noip-updater
If the package is masked, you can unmask it using the autounmask tool or standard emerge options:
autounmask net-dns/noip-updater
Or alternatively:
