Install this package:
emerge -a app-misc/tmux-named-snapshot
If the package is masked, you can unmask it using the autounmask tool or standard emerge options:
autounmask app-misc/tmux-named-snapshot
Or alternatively:
emerge --autounmask-write -a app-misc/tmux-named-snapshot
