dev-util/depot-tools::pf4public
- Ebuilds: 1, Snapshot: 9999 Description:
depot_tools is a collection of scripts and tools for building
Chromium, including gclient (a meta-checkout tool), git cl (code
review), fetch and many more.
The tools run under the system Python implementation selected
via PYTHON_SINGLE_TARGET (or the python_single_target_* USE
flags); the upstream CIPD Python bootstrap is replaced. The self-updater is disabled: update the
package by emerging a newer version. CIPD-based tools (luci, bb,
rdb, dirmd, ...) download their binaries to
$XDG_CACHE_HOME/depot_tools on first use.

dev-util/esbuild::pf4public
- Ebuilds: 4, Testing: 0.28.2 Description:
The main goal of the esbuild bundler project is to bring about a
new era of build tool performance, and create an easy-to-use
modern bundler along the way.

dev-util/kuna::pf4public
- Ebuilds: 3, Stable: 1.988, Snapshot: 9999 Description:
Kuna is an agent-first decompiler, designed to be refined by other
agents. It is written in Rust and was originally ported from Ghidra.
The SLEIGH processor specs are compiled at build time and embedded
into the single self-contained binary, so no separate specs install
is needed.

dev-util/orca::pf4public
- Ebuilds: 3, Stable: 1.4.245, 1.4.244, Testing: 1.4.245, Snapshot: 9999 Description:
Orca is the place for working with a fleet of coding agents
(Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, ...). Fan a prompt across many agents,
each in its own git worktree, and track the results in one place.
This ebuild builds from source against the overlay's dev-util/electron
(electron-r1). Orca's electron-builder config runs CI-only
verification hooks even for an unpacked build — a glibc 2.31 floor on
bundled native binaries (verifyLinuxGlibcFloor) and a set of
Assert*/verify* checks aimed at the upstream Ubuntu 20.04 AppImage. A
native Gentoo (modern glibc) build cannot satisfy the floor, so those
hooks are relaxed by a patch; they are CI guards, not runtime
requirements.
