Local fork of ::gentoo dev-perl/PGPLOT-2.280.0 to add -std=gnu89 in src_configure. ::gentoo's ebuild uses perl-module's defaults, which on gcc 16 (-std=gnu23) reject the K&R prototypes in pgfun.c. Drop the -r99 once ::gentoo lands an equivalent fix.
