QtDataVisualization is an OpenGL-based 3D scatter, surface and bar
viewer Qt module. Deprecated upstream as of Qt 6.6 in favour of
QtGraphs but still shipped by Qt through 6.10. ::gentoo dropped the
module during the Qt6 import; this overlay re-adds it because
sci-physics/sasview's Shape2SAS calculator unconditionally imports
PySide6.QtDataVisualization.
