Reason: TeX Live 2025/2026, freshly imported from the texlive-stuff overlay, would shadow ::gentoo's stable TL2024 on ~amd64 systems. Masked for an initial testing window so the large slot-0 + 39-collection upgrade (including the cross-collection file moves between collections) is an explicit opt-in rather than a surprise on `emerge -uDN @world`. Stable amd64 users are unaffected: these ebuilds are ~amd64 and ::gentoo's TL2024 is stable. latexmk and glossaries are intentionally NOT masked — their PVs match ::gentoo's, so there is nothing to shadow. Drop this mask on 2026-06-12 after real-world testing. See news item 2026-05-29-texlive-2025-2026 for adoption + upgrade notes.
