pla-util manages HomePlug AV2 power line adapters built around a Broadcom system-on-a-chip (BCM60333, BCM60355, BCM60500). It talks to the adapter directly over raw Ethernet, and can discover adapters on the subnet, read identification, capability, network and PHY-rate information, check and set the network membership key and the human-friendly id, and restart or factory-reset the device.
