Gentoo Packages

dev-python/qtpy: Use <pkg>dev-python/pyqt5</pkg> as a Qt for Python implementation. Required for sci-physics/mantid and other Qt5-only consumers; disabled by default in ::gentoo (Qt5 deprecation policy). Set QT_API=pyqt5 at runtime to select it explicitly.
