net-wireless/mt7927-dkms: Rebuild the btusb/btmtk Bluetooth modules out of tree. Only needed for the HP EliteMini adapter (USB ID 0489:e156), which is absent from the in-tree tables; every other MT6639 works with the native Bluetooth stack from kernel 7.1 on. Enabling this replaces the in-tree btusb for every Bluetooth device on the system. The proprietary MT6639 Bluetooth firmware is installed either way, since the in-tree driver needs it too and no other package provides it.
