libopenshot is the C++ video editing engine behind OpenShot Video Editor.
It composes a timeline of clips, transitions and effects on top of FFmpeg
for decoding and encoding, JUCE (via libopenshot-audio) for audio, and Qt
for image compositing and text rendering. SWIG bindings expose the whole
API to Python and Ruby, which is how the OpenShot application drives it.
Optional backends add ImageMagick image handling, babl-based advanced
chroma keying, OpenCV motion tracking and object detection, and Wayland
screen capture through xdg-desktop-portal and PipeWire.
