Metadata Descriptions (metadata.xml)

• app-emulation/open-vm-tools: Generate API documentation
• media-libs/libopenshot-audio: Build the Doxygen API documentation for the library. Upstream enables this by default; here it is opt-in so that installing the library does not pull in <pkg>app-text/doxygen</pkg> and Graphviz.

Local Descriptions (use.local.desc)
