HRX (HIP Runtime Extended) built with only the amdxdna and local-task drivers: a small runtime that drives AMD Ryzen AI NPUs through the amdxdna kernel driver, without XRT. It contains no AMDGPU driver and no HIP binding, so it does not replace libamdhip64. FastFlowLM can use it as its NPU runtime in place of XRT.
